submission of the web site enrollment form and the telephone interview
that follows, in the order that I receive them.
Coda: When, or if, you feel that you are not making enough headway, or you
are moving out of the area, or you have lost interest, please notify me with two
weeks notice.
Effective July 1, 2004, all new students are required to pay a two week ($30.00)
deposit that will be refundable when given a two week notice of canceling lessons.
